Highlands County Republican Party July Meeting

The Highlands County Republican Party July monthly meeting will be held Thursday evening July 9th from 6:30 to 7:45 PM at the Sun N Lake Island View Restaurant banquet room in Sebring. Our Guest Speakers will be the Highlands County candidates who have not yet had the opportunity to speak at one of our monthly meetings. Chris Campbell who is a candidate for County Commissioner District 5 will be speaking and the current County Commissioner for District 5 Greg Harris and candidate Vicki Pontius will be there to also answer questions during the Q&A session. Don Elwell who is a candidate for Clerk of Courts will be speaking and fellow candidates for Clerk of Courts Jerome Kaszubowski and Kyle Green will join the Q&A session. Dinner (optional) will be available from a limited Island View menu and can be ordered from 5-6 PM. All guidelines in place as of July 9th will be followed. Additionally, all attendees are requested to wear a mask when entering or leaving the building.  You may remove your mask while eating and while social distancing.  If you get up from the table to converse with others or to go to the restrooms, please wear a mask.

Members are requested to RSVP to our Secretary Judi Bentley by phone or email. Guests are invited and welcome, but are requested to RSVP to this site or call our HQ office 863 402-5456 so that we can plan appropriately. Please indicate whether you plan to order dinner from 5 - 6 PM.
